Accounts Receivable
The Sage MAS 90 or Sage MAS 200 Accounts Receivable module tracks receivables, plans cash flow, and provides extensive reporting features. Prepare invoices and billing from within Sage MAS 90 or Sage MAS 200 and create customer statements on demand. When Point of Sale Professional is integrated with Accounts Receivable, your cashiers will be able to retrieve a customer’s address, payment terms, discount information, sales commissions, sales tax information and credit limit when processing transactions.
Inventory Management
The Sage MAS 90 or Sage MAS 200 Inventory Management module provides receipt of goods data, the movement of goods within or between locations, the sale, removal of goods, and the precise valuation and status of goods remaining in inventory at any point in time. With the Point of Sale Professional module, you can track the sales and purchases of inventory items for cost, resale, and purchasing purposes.
Sales Order
With the Sage MAS 90 or Sage MAS 200 Sales Order module, you’ll know the availability of specific units in inventory, or alternate items if an item is out of stock, specific customer pricing, customer credits, and much more, while entering orders. With the Point of Sale Professional module, you can enter quotes and orders through the Point of Sale Professional module, making it the center for all transactions.
Bank Reconciliation
Use Sage MAS 90 or Sage MAS 200 Bank Reconciliation to simplify your monthly reconciliation process and detect unrecorded transactions or errors between your books and bank statements. When integrated with Point of Sale Professional, the deposits and payments processed through Point of Sale Professional can be updated to the Bank Reconciliation module.
General Ledger
The Sage MAS 90 or Sage MAS 200 General Ledger module streamlines all bookkeeping and accounting transactions, and provides unlimited financial reporting capabilities. If the General Ledger module is installed, all journal entries generated from Point of Sale Professional are posted directly to the General Ledger module after you print and update the Daily Transaction Register.
