Please add the warehouse quantity detail to the Item Detail button. You provide no way to tell the salesperson if an item in on hand before you charge them for it. You should use the Sales Order Alert for out of stock items. (ie: The prompt for override, backorder, etc.)

On-Hand Inventory Quantites

Can you add the check for on-hand inventory quantites like Sales Orders? We have an installation where the customer pays for lumber at the register and then goes to the yard to claim it.

Price Lookup Button

Please add a price lookup function to the point of sale entry screen. Cashiers need to check prices for customers, but do not want to start a transaction to do it.

Send Actual Sales Price To Inventory

In writing Crystal Reports using the Mas90 IM5_TransactionDetail file I discovered that the unit price on the sales transaction coming from POS Prof is the Price on the transaction without any discounts. I have all the info I need in that file to report sales and inventory receipts and adjustments, but the sales $ are incorrect. I think the sales transaction should reflect exactly what that item sold for on the transaction detail record.

Credit Card Address Verification

Please add credit card address verification information and CVV response strings to the screen after processing a credit card. When Credit card is manually entered or card not present, this information help protect company against credit card theft/fraud. MAS90 Sales Order provides that information as a separate pop up box.

Please give us the option to post bank deposts to Bank Rec by cash drawer and payment type. We don't automatically post all our cash on a daily basis and would like to turn OFF the flag on cash payment types to include cash in the bank deposit

Expire Date brought forward on CC in POS

We are selling to companies who take phone orders and have a data base of returning customers and their credit card and exp date in in the Customer Master. When in POS the card info comes up but no expire date. Also missing card lookup button as docs say it should be there.

Editing Sales

In some enviroments it would be worthwide to allow editting of completed sales. I have a couple of clients where the customers frequently change their mind & it is very time consuming to re-do the sale. This should be a setup option so most companies can secure completed transactions.

Auto-Complete by item.

In many environments, some items are sold by weight while others by each. It slows us down to have to scan the item code, then go back to that line and enter a quantity when "auto-complete" is set on. It would be nice to set "auto-complete" by the item id.

Customer Terms Codes

Customers without default Terms Codes can be selected in Point of Sale Entry. Point of Sale then allows this customer to pay on terms.
If a Customer does not have a default Terms Code can Point of Sale Entry prevent the TERMS Payment Type from showing up on the Payment Type drop-down?

Credit Limit Checking

In processing a large sale thru the system of $11,000, we had a check for $9000 and the customer had a 3000 credit limit with no other transactions. POS was returning an "over credit limit" message on the balance taken to "Terms" when the customer had enough credit left for this sale.
The credit limit should only check the amount being paid by terms and not the entire sale.

POS Check Truncation

To allow checks to be processed by PCCharge using standard industry NACHA procedures to allow for automatic conversion of paper checks to EFT transfers from customers. PCCharge base software allows for this MAS90 doesn't.
